  • 2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
  • 2 teaspoons sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon grated ginger
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions, drain and set aside.
  2. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat, add ground beef and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.
  3. Add minced garlic and ginger, cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Stir in soy sauce, hoisin sauce, sesame oil, and red pepper flakes. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  5. Add cooked noodles to the skillet, toss to combine and heat through.
  6. Garnish with chopped green onions and toasted sesame seeds before serving.
