- 1 pound ground beef
- 8 ounces egg noodles
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
- 2 teaspoons sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds
Instructions
- Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions, drain and set aside.
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat, add ground beef and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.
- Add minced garlic and ginger, cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Stir in soy sauce, hoisin sauce, sesame oil, and red pepper flakes. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
- Add cooked noodles to the skillet, toss to combine and heat through.
- Garnish with chopped green onions and toasted sesame seeds before serving.
Notes
- You can substitute ground chicken or turkey for a lighter version.
- Adjust the red pepper flakes for preferred spice level.
