- 2 boneless chicken breasts, sliced
- 3 packs of ramen noodles (discard seasoning)
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup snap peas
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger
- 2 green onions, chopped
- Sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
- Cook ramen noodles according to package instructions, drain and set aside.
- Heat sesame oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add sliced chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- Stir in minced garlic and grated ginger; cook for 1 minute.
- Add sliced bell peppers and snap peas; stir-fry until tender-crisp, about 3-4 minutes.
- Pour in soy sauce and toss in cooked noodles; cook for another 2 minutes, mixing well.
- Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
Notes
- You can substitute chicken with tofu or shrimp for variety.
- Adjust soy sauce for more or less saltiness.
- For a spicy kick, add chili flakes or sriracha sauce.
