Instructions
- Mix cocoa powder, powdered sugar, and cornstarch in a bowl to create the chocolate shell mixture.
- Pour melted chocolate into half-sphere silicone molds and refrigerate until set.
- Fill half-spheres with mini marshmallows and reclose with a layer of melted chocolate.
- Let the bombs chill until fully hardened.
- Warm milk, then place the chocolate bombs into mugs and pour hot milk to allow them to melt and release the marshmallows.
