- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 1 ½ cups of heavy whipping cream
- Additional strawberries for garnish
- Optional: 2 tablespoons of strawberry jam for added flavor
Instructions
- Combine graham cracker crumbs with melted butter. Press firmly into the base of a 9-inch springform pan and chill for 20 minutes.
- Beat softened cream cheese with powdered sugar and vanilla until smooth. Whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then fold into the cream cheese mixture.
- Reserve some strawberries for garnish. Mix remaining strawberries with strawberry jam if using. Spread over the crust, then top with the cream cheese filling. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
- Garnish with reserved strawberries and optional toppings such as strawberry glaze or white chocolate before serving.
