  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tsp garam masala
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • 1 tsp paprika

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, melt 1 tbsp of butter over medium heat. Add chopped onions and sauté until translucent.

  4. Add remaining butter and the chicken pieces. Cook until chicken is golden and cooked through.

  6. Reduce heat and stir in heavy cream. Cook for another 5 minutes until sauce is creamy and thickened.
