Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, cook ground beef until browned; drain excess fat.
- Add onions, carrots, potatoes, salt, and pepper; cook until vegetables are tender.
- Mix in mushroom soup and peas, then transfer to a greased baking dish.
- Top with shredded cheese.
- Bake uncovered for 20-25 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.
