Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and sear chicken breasts until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side. Transfer to the slow cooker.
- In the same skillet, sauté garlic until fragrant, then add heavy cream, cream cheese, paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth and heated through.
- Pour the sauce over the chicken in the slow cooker.
- Cook on low for 4-6 hours until chicken is tender and cooked through.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving. Serve hot with rice or pasta.
