- 2 cups cooked linguine
- 1 pound boneless chicken breasts, sliced
- 4 tablespoons cowboy butter (or garlic butter)
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 small onion, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook linguine according to package instructions, drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, melt cowboy butter over medium heat, add sliced chicken, season with salt, pepper, and smoked paprika, cook until golden and cooked through.
- Add onion and garlic, sauté until fragrant and translucent.
- Pour in heavy cream, stir in Parmesan cheese, simmer until sauce thickens slightly.
- Combine cooked linguine with the sauce and chicken, toss well to coat evenly.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.
Notes
- You can substitute heavy cream with Greek yogurt for a healthier variation.
- Adjust spice level by adding more smoked paprika or chili flakes.
