- 1 sheet vegan puff pastry, thawed
- 1/2 cup marinara sauce
- 1/2 cup shredded vegan cheese
- 1/2 cup chopped bell peppers
- 1/4 cup diced onions
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil and sauté garlic, onions, and bell peppers until tender. Season with salt, pepper, and oregano.
- Roll out the puff pastry sheet on a lightly floured surface. Spread marinara sauce evenly over the pastry.
- Sprinkle vegan cheese and sautéed vegetables over the sauce.
- Roll the pastry tightly into a log and cut into 1-inch slices to form individual rolls.
- Place the rolls on the baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
- Serve warm with extra marinara sauce for dipping.
Notes
- You can customize the filling with your favorite vegetables or vegan cheeses.
- If the puff pastry is too soft, chill it for 10 minutes before slicing.
