Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup marinara sauce
  • 1/2 cup shredded vegan cheese
  • 1/2 cup chopped bell peppers

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil and sauté garlic, onions, and bell peppers until tender. Season with salt, pepper, and oregano.
  3. Roll out the puff pastry sheet on a lightly floured surface. Spread marinara sauce evenly over the pastry.
  4. Sprinkle vegan cheese and sautéed vegetables over the sauce.
  5. Roll the pastry tightly into a log and cut into 1-inch slices to form individual rolls.
  6. Place the rolls on the baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  7. Serve warm with extra marinara sauce for dipping.
