- 2 cups cooked jasmine rice
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ginger, grated
- Sesame seeds and chopped green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the chicken thighs in a skillet over medium heat until golden and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes per side.
- In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger to make the glaze.
- Pour the glaze over the cooked chicken in the skillet and simmer until thickened, about 3-4 minutes.
- Serve the glazed chicken over a bed of cooked jasmine rice, garnished with sesame seeds and chopped green onions.
Notes
- Adjust the sweetness by adding more honey according to your taste.
- Use boneless chicken thighs for juicier, tender results.
- For extra flavor, add sautéed vegetables like bell peppers or broccoli.
