  • 4 slices ham
  • 1 cup grated Gruyere cheese
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 egg for egg wash

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface and cut into two rectangles.
