- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- 1 packet au jus gravy mix
- 8-10 pepperoncini peppers
- 1/4 cup butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Season the beef chuck roast with salt and pepper.
- Place the roast in a slow cooker and sprinkle ranch and au jus seasoning over it.
- Add pepperoncini peppers and dot with butter on top.
- Cover and cook on low for 8 hours until beef is tender and shreds easily.
- Shred the beef and serve hot with gravy and sides.
