- 4 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup cooked rice or pasta
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup crushed buttery crackers or bread crumbs
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, cheddar cheese, cooked rice or pasta, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Pour mixture into a greased baking dish and spread evenly.
- In a small bowl, combine crushed crackers or bread crumbs with melted butter. Sprinkle over the casserole.
- Bake uncovered for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden brown on top.

- You can substitute cooked turkey or ham for chicken.
- Add chopped vegetables like mushrooms or bell peppers for extra flavor.
