- 1 (20 oz) package frozen tortellini
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Fresh basil or parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Cook tortellini according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Stir in marinara sauce, heavy cream, and Italian seasoning. Simmer for 5 minutes.
- Mix cooked tortellini into the sauce. Transfer mixture to the prepared baking dish.
- Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese evenly over the top.
- Bake uncovered for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden.
- Garnish with fresh basil or parsley before serving.

- Feel free to add cooked vegetables or cooked chicken for extra flavor.
