- 2 pounds beef sirloin or chuck, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Season the beef pieces with salt, pepper, paprika, and thyme.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat and sear the beef until browned on all sides, then transfer to the slow cooker.
- In the same skillet, melt butter and cook garlic until fragrant, then pour over the beef in the slow cooker.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours until tender.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving. Serve hot with your favorite sides.

- You can add vegetables like mushrooms or bell peppers during the last hour of cooking for extra flavor.
