  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 3 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup chopped fresh apples
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter until combined. Press into the bottom of a 9×13 inch baking dish. Bake for 10 minutes.
  2. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then vanilla. Mix until well combined.
  3. Fold in chopped apples and cinnamon. Pour over the crust and spread evenly.
  4. Bake for 40-45 minutes until set. Let cool completely.
  5. Drizzle caramel sauce on top and sprinkle with chopped nuts if desired. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before slicing and serving.
