- 1 box of brownie mix
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup sliced strawberries
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 1 kiwifruit, sliced
- 1 mandarin orange, segmented
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips
- Fresh mint leaves for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Prepare brownie batter according to package instructions and pour into a greased 12-inch round baking pan.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Let cool completely.
- Spread the cooled brownie with a layer of chocolate chips or melted chocolate if desired.
- Arrange sliced fruits evenly over the brownie surface.
- Decorate with additional chocolate drizzle and mint leaves for presentation.
- Slice and serve immediately or refrigerate for later.

- You can substitute or add any fresh fruits you prefer or have on hand.
- For a richer chocolate flavor, melt extra chocolate and drizzle over the fruits before serving.
