- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs

- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking pan with parchment paper.
- Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into the bottom of the prepared pan to form crust.
- Bake crust for 10 minutes, then let cool.
- In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture over the cooled crust.
- Gently fold blueberries into the sweetened condensed milk, then pour over the cream cheese layer.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until set. Let cool completely before slicing.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, use full-fat cream cheese.
- Chill the bars for at least 2 hours before serving for best texture.
- Garnish with additional blueberries or mint leaves for presentation.
