- 2 pounds chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
- 2 tablespoons Sriracha sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Mini slider buns
- Fresh herbs for garnish
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, Sriracha, honey, salt, and pepper to create the bang bang sauce.
- Add the shredded chicken to the sauce and stir until well coated.
- Slice the slider buns and spoon the spicy chicken mixture inside.
- Garnish with fresh herbs and top with the bun lid.
- Serve immediately for best flavor.
Notes
- You can add sliced celery or scallions for extra crunch and flavor.
- Adjust Sriracha for more or less heat according to taste.
