- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into a baking pan to form a crust. Bake for 8 minutes.
- Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then vanilla. Stir in chocolate chips.
- Pour filling over crust and bake for 30-35 minutes until set. Cool completely before slicing.
Notes
- Chill cheesecake bars for at least 2 hours before serving for best texture.
- Decorate with additional chocolate chips or melted chocolate for presentation.
