- 1 lb (450g) chicken breasts, cut into strips
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- Cooking spray or olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
- In a shallow bowl, mix breadcrumbs with paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Set up breading stations: flour in one bowl, beaten eggs in another, seasoned breadcrumb mixture in the last.
- Dip chicken strips into flour, then into eggs, and finally coat thoroughly with breadcrumbs.
- Place breaded chicken tenders on the prepared baking sheet. Spray with cooking spray or lightly drizzle with olive oil.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and cooked through.

- For extra crispiness, lightly spray tenders with cooking spray before baking.
