Instructions
- Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and oregano.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and cook chicken until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add garlic and cherry tomatoes; sauté until fragrant and tomatoes soften.
- Reduce heat to low, add heavy cream and Parmesan cheese; stir until sauce thickens.
- Return chicken to the skillet, coat with sauce, and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh basil and serve hot.
