Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and paprika, then cook until golden brown on both sides. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, melt butter and add minced garlic. Cook until fragrant.
- Pour in heavy cream, stirring continuously, and bring to a simmer.
- Add dried thyme and adjust seasoning as needed.
- Return chicken to the skillet, spoon sauce over, and cook until chicken is cooked through.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
