- 12 oz spaghetti
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Cook spaghetti according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a large bowl, mix sour cream, milk, butter, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Add cooked spaghetti, 1 cup cheddar cheese, and Parmesan cheese to the bowl. Mix well.
- Transfer mixture to a greased baking dish. Top with remaining cheddar cheese.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden on top.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add cooked bacon or sautéed mushrooms.
- Use full-fat sour cream for creaminess.
