Ingredients

- 20 large pasta shells
- 1 pound cooked crab meat or shrimp, chopped
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook pasta shells in salted boiling water until al dente, then drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Add chopped seafood and cook until just done.
- In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta, mozzarella, Parmesan, parsley, cooked seafood, salt, and pepper.
- Stuff each shell with the seafood mixture and place in a baking dish.
- In a saucepan, heat heavy cream and pour over stuffed shells.
- Sprinkle with extra cheese and bake at 375°F (190°C) for 20-25 minutes until golden and bubbly.
Notes
- You can substitute shrimp or scallops for crab meat for variation.
- For a lighter version, use half-and-half instead of heavy cream.
