- 4 large potatoes, sliced
- 1 lb smoked sausage, sliced
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400F (200C). Lightly grease a baking dish.
- Toss sliced potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Layer potatoes in the dish and bake for 25 minutes until slightly crispy.
- While baking, cook smoked sausage slices in a skillet until browned.
- Remove potatoes, top with cooked sausage, shredded cheese, and drizzle with ranch dressing.
- Bake for another 10 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
- You can add chopped onions or bell peppers for extra flavor.
- Use a sharp cheddar for a more intense cheesy taste.
- For a healthier version, use turkey sausage and reduced-fat cheese.
