Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large oven-safe skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add onions and garlic, cook until fragrant.
- Add cooked chicken, frozen vegetables, thyme, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine.
- Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream, simmer until the sauce thickens.
- Remove from heat, evenly spread gnocchi over the mixture.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until golden and bubbly.
