  • 1 pound (450g) boneless chicken breasts, cut into strips
  • 1 cup (240ml) heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup (50g) grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook tortellini in salted boiling water according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add chicken strips and cook until golden and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Pour in heavy cream and stir in Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 3-5 minutes until the sauce thickens.
  5. Add cooked tortellini to the skillet and toss to coat in the sauce.
