- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 200g ramen noodles
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Green onions, sliced, for garnish
- Sesame seeds, for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions, drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chicken pieces and cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, sauté garlic until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Add heavy cream, chicken broth, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Stir well and simmer until slightly thickened, about 3-5 minutes.
- Return chicken to the skillet, toss to coat in the sauce, and cook for another 2 minutes.
- Add cooked noodles, toss to combine, and season with salt and pepper.
- Serve hot, garnished with sliced green onions and sesame seeds.

- You can substitute heavy cream with coconut milk for a dairy-free version.
- Adjust the soy sauce for saltiness to taste.
- Add vegetables like spinach or mushrooms for extra nutrition.
