Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, heat olive oil and sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Add chopped spinach and cook until wilted, then season with salt and pepper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine cooked chicken, spinach mixture, heavy cream, mozzarella, and Parmesan cheese.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread evenly.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden on top.
