Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a shallow dish, combine romano cheese, flour, salt, and pepper.
- Dip each chicken breast into the cheese mixture, coating evenly.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Cook chicken for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Transfer chicken to a baking dish, top with lemon slices and sprinkle with minced garlic.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until cooked through.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.
