Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 large egg
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup marinara sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, bread crumbs, Parmesan, parsley, garlic, egg, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  3. Form mixture into 1-inch meatballs and place on a baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes until browned and cooked through.
  5. In a skillet, heat marinara sauce and heavy cream over medium heat.
  6. Add cooked meatballs to the sauce and simmer for 10 minutes.
  7. Garnish with additional parsley and serve hot.
