Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 large egg
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup marinara sauce
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, bread crumbs, Parmesan, parsley, garlic, egg, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Form mixture into 1-inch meatballs and place on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until browned and cooked through.
- In a skillet, heat marinara sauce and heavy cream over medium heat.
- Add cooked meatballs to the sauce and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Garnish with additional parsley and serve hot.
Notes
- Use fresh parsley for the best flavor.
- Can be baked ahead and reheated in sauce.
