Instructions
- Heat olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Add shrimp, season with salt and pepper, and cook until pink and opaque, about 3-4 minutes.
- Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese, cook until sauce thickens slightly, about 2 minutes.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.
