- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 4 medium potatoes, chopped into chunks

- 1 cup heavy cream

Instructions
- Place chicken breasts and potatoes into the crockpot.
- In a bowl, mix garlic, parmesan, heavy cream, olive oil, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the mixture over the chicken and potatoes.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours until chicken is cooked through and potatoes are tender.
- Shred or serve the chicken whole, garnish with chopped parsley, and enjoy.
