Ingredients
Scale
- 2 medium boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 8 oz cooked pasta (penne or fettuccine)
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and cook chicken until golden and cooked through, about 6-7 minutes per side. Remove from skillet and let rest.
- In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in grated Parmesan cheese until melted and sauce is smooth.
- Slice the cooked chicken and add it to the sauce. Toss in cooked pasta and stir to combine fully, heating through.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
- You can substitute heavy cream with Greek yogurt for a lighter version.
- Ensure pasta is cooked al dente for the best texture.
- Adjust the garlic and Parmesan quantities to suit your taste.
