- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook chicken until golden and cooked through, about 6-7 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté minced garlic until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
- Add grated Parmesan and stir until the sauce thickens, about 3-4 minutes.
- Return chicken to skillet, coating it with the sauce. Cook for an additional 2 minutes.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.

- Adjust garlic to taste for more or less flavor.
- Serve with pasta or steamed vegetables for a complete meal.
