Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
- Add cooked shredded chicken, cream cheese, oregano, salt, and pepper. Stir until well combined and heated through.
- Lay out the tortillas and evenly distribute the chicken mixture onto each.
- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella over the filling.
- Roll up each tortilla tightly, securing the filling inside.
- Optional: Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 10 minutes for extra crispiness.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm.
