Instructions
- In a skillet, cook sausage or ground beef until browned. Transfer to the slow cooker.
- Add chopped onion and minced garlic to the slow cooker.

- Add broken lasagna noodles into the slow cooker, ensuring they are submerged in the liquid.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours until pasta is tender.
- About 10 minutes before serving, stir in shredded mozzarella and Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy.
- Garnish with fresh basil or parsley and serve hot.
