Instructions
- Place shredded chicken, chicken broth, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper into the crockpot. Cook on high for 2 hours.
- Add tortellini and cook for an additional 30 minutes until tender.
- Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese, cooking for another 10 minutes until hot and creamy.
- Serve garnished with fresh herbs.
