A hearty and creamy crockpot chicken tortellini dish made with tender tortellini pasta, shredded chicken, and aromatic herbs, cooked to perfection in a slow cooker.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound frozen tortellini
  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 3 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Add chicken broth and garlic to the slow cooker. Cook on high for 30 minutes.
  2. Add frozen tortellini, shredded chicken, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Stir well.
  3. Cook on low for 2 hours or until tortellini is tender.
  4. Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese. Continue cooking on low for another 15 minutes.
  5. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
