- 1 pound frozen tortellini
- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 3 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Add chicken broth and garlic to the slow cooker. Cook on high for 30 minutes.
- Add frozen tortellini, shredded chicken, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Stir well.
- Cook on low for 2 hours or until tortellini is tender.
- Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese. Continue cooking on low for another 15 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
- You can substitute cooked rotisserie chicken for shredded chicken.
- Use fresh herbs for extra flavor.
- Serve with a side of garlic bread or salad.
