Instructions
- Place chicken pieces in the crockpot.
- In a bowl, mix butter, tomato puree, garlic, and spices, then pour over chicken.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Stir in heavy cream and cook for an additional 15 minutes uncovered.
- Garnish with cilantro before serving.
