- 2 cups canned corn kernels, drained

- 1/4 cup chopped green onions

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine corn, cheddar cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, green onions, parsley, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and smooth the top.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden around the edges.
- Remove from oven and garnish with extra green onions before serving with tortilla chips.
Notes
- You can add chopped jalapeños for a spicy kick.
- Serve warm or chilled depending on your preference.
