- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups diced potatoes

- 1 cup corn kernels

Instructions
- In a large pot, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Add chopped onion and minced garlic; cook until softened.
- Stir in diced potatoes, carrots, corn, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Pour in beef broth and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer until vegetables are tender.
- Stir in heavy cream and cook for another 5 minutes, allowing flavors to meld.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh herbs if desired.
Notes
For a thicker soup, blend a portion of the soup with an immersion blender before adding the cream. Use vegetarian options like plant-based meat crumbles to make it vegetarian-friendly.
