- 2 cups cooked noodles
- 1 lb boneless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 3 tbsp unsalted butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat. Add chicken pieces, season with salt and pepper, and cook until golden and cooked through. Remove from skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add remaining butter and minced garlic. Sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Pour in heavy cream, bring to a gentle simmer, and stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and sauce thickens.
- Add cooked noodles and chicken back into the skillet, toss to coat evenly in the sauce.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
