Instructions
- In a large pot, cook chopped onion and garlic in butter until translucent.
- Add chicken broth, thyme, salt, and pepper. Bring to a boil.
- Stir in gnocchi and cook until tender, about 3-4 minutes.
- Reduce heat and add heavy cream, cooked chicken, and crispy bacon. Simmer for 5 minutes.
- Adjust seasoning as needed, garnish with parsley, and serve hot.
Notes
For extra flavor, sauté the garlic and onions until golden before adding broth. Use homemade or store-bought cooked chicken for convenience. Garnish with additional bacon or herbs for enhanced presentation.
