- 1 loaf of Italian bread or baguette
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cut the bread into a grid pattern, making sure not to cut all the way through.
- Mix melted butter, garlic, oregano, and parsley in a bowl.
- Carefully stuff the cheese between the cuts of the bread.
- Brush the outside of the bread with the garlic butter mixture.
- Wrap the bread in foil and bake for 15 minutes.
- Uncover and bake for an additional 10 minutes until golden and bubbly.
