- 12 oz pasta (penne or fettuccine)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 lb chicken breasts, sliced
- 4 oz Boursin cheese, softened
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add chicken slices and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add garlic and Italian seasoning to the skillet; cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Reduce heat to low. Stir in Boursin cheese and heavy cream, mixing until smooth and creamy.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste. Toss in cooked pasta and coat evenly with the sauce.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.

- Use fresh Boursin cheese for best flavor.
- Feel free to add sautéed spinach for extra greens.
