Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine shredded turkey, stuffing mix, cranberry sauce, herbs, egg, salt, and pepper. Mix until well incorporated.
- Form the mixture into small balls, about 1.5 inches in diameter.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Fry the balls until golden brown on all sides, about 8-10 minutes.
- Drain on paper towels and serve warm with extra cranberry sauce or dipping sauce.
