Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Unroll the crescent dough and cut into triangles or rectangles.
- Spread a layer of the cream cheese mixture onto each dough piece.
- Top with cranberries evenly distributed across each.
- Roll up each piece into crescents and place on the prepared baking sheet.
- Brush the tops with beaten egg for a golden finish.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
