- 1 cup orzo pasta

Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add diced onion and cook until translucent, about 3 minutes.
- Add minced garlic and cook for another 30 seconds.
- Stir in ground beef, cook until browned and cooked through, about 8 minutes. Season with salt, pepper, and oregano.
- Add diced tomatoes and beef broth; bring to a simmer.
- Stir in orzo pasta, cover, and cook for 10 minutes or until pasta is tender and liquid is absorbed.
- Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
